While terrible weather afflicts some parts of our United States, Boston is enjoying a remarkably fine day with sun and mild temperatures.
Reflects how I feel after two nights of terrific sleep (6 hours each) and a planned out rhythm to my day, both enjoyable and productive.
The highlight of this day?
An important step in the resolution of a mental block that’s prevented me from posting the videos I’ve worked so long to create.
While you see them in the blog, existentialautotrip, I should be sending them out as stand alones on the social media.
So easy to do.
So difficult for me to find a place in my schedule to do it.
Solution: create a score-sheet in Excel against which I can track each day’s progress.
The theory: the fun of watching the growth, like weighing myself or checking my blood pressure, or the following of the blog, will serve as the catalyst to post the gosh-darn videos.
Will let you know.

Tuna Salad Sandwich is my soft go-to meal when I’ve eaten too much hard proteins or too much fat, meats and sauces.
I had it today and it was delicious, as it always is.
Look up the recipe under the Recipes Section which, although undergoing some repairs, is still pretty accessible.

Chuckle of the day:
Thursday, September 5, 2019
A Russian and an American wrestler were set to square off for the Olympic Gold Medal.
Before the final match, the American wrestler's trainer came to him and said, "Now, don't forget all the research we've done on this Russian. He's never lost a match because of this 'Pretzel' hold he has. Whatever you do, do not let him get you in this hold! If he does, you're finished!"
The American nodded.
As the match started, the American and the Russian circled each other several times, looking for an opening.
All of a sudden, the Russian lunged forward, grabbing the American and wrapping him up in the dreaded pretzel hold.
A sigh of disappointment arose from the crowd and the trainer buried his face in his hands.
Suddenly, there was a scream, then a cheer from the crowd and the trainer raised his eyes just in time to watch the Russian go flying up in the air.
His back hit the mat with a thud and the American collapsed on top of him making the pin and winning the match.
The trainer was astounded. “How did you ever get out of that hold? No one has ever done it before!"
“Well, I was ready to give up when he got me in that hold. But at the last moment, I opened my eyes and saw this pair of testicles right in front of my face. I had nothing to lose so with my last ounce of strength I stretched out my neck and bit them just as hard as I could."
"So the bite disabled him?”
"Not really. But you'd be amazed how strong you get when you bite your own balls.”

The Entombment is a 1559 oil-on-canvas painting by the Italian artist Titian, commissioned by Philip II of Spain.
It depicts the burial of Jesus in a stone sarcophagus, which is decorated with depictions of Cain and Abel and the binding of Isaac.
The figure holding Christ's body is Nicodemus, the Jewish elder that secretly visited Jesus at night to learn about his teachings.
The figure of Nicodemus bears the traits of the artist himself.
This could have been inspired by Michelangelo's idea in his unfinished Deposition from 1550, depicting himself as Nicodemus, supporting the body of Christ, displayed in the cathedral in Florence.
The painting exhibits a style under development by Titian at the time, characterized by the use of broad brushwork and brilliant colors.
It is now in the permanent collection of the Museo del Prado, Madrid.
As opposed to The Entombment, The Deposition is another scene in the story of the crucifixion of Christ.
